The Managing Director; Kim March has many years experience in and around the building industry as a developer, investor, building consultant, owner/builder and managing her father’s building company. Her main focus is on customer service but she also ensures that the company achieves its key performance indicators of on-time delivery within the client budget, zero defects and a safe workplace environment.

The Construction Department is headed by Wayne Robins. Prior to joining David Reid Homes Perth as Construction Manger, he was a senior supervisor and Construction manager for some of Perth’s highest profiled builders as well as running his own building company. Over 32 years experience around the Perth building scene has allowed Wayne to select the best craftsmen to work with who understand project management, great customer service, quality and attention to detail. These contacts have allowed Wayne to complete many stunning homes is Swanborne, Dalkeith, Nedlands and Mosman Park.
