Do you build coastal homes that handle salt air?

Yes. Coastal builds in the eastern suburbs need marine-grade thinking: material selection, fixings, coatings and detailing that stand up to salt air and ocean weather. We specify for the coastal environment from the outset, so the home keeps its finish and its integrity long after handover.

Can you design for ocean views on a tight block?

Yes, that is exactly what custom design is for. Rocco is a carpenter by trade who has worked on the tools since 1985 and held his licence since 1991. He is an NSW Registered Building Practitioner, licence 38901C, and he is on every site, holding the build to the standard his name now carries.

Jo is your point of contact through the build, looking after contracts, administration and finances so the journey stays clear and calm from start to handover.
