With over 25 years’ experience in the building industry Dan Wilks, director of David Reid Homes Armidale, has been involved in building residential homes, renovations, roofing & maintenance, sheds, and commercial builds throughout his career.  

Dan decided to join his company Danbuilt Pty Ltd with David Reid Homes as it meant he could offer a plan library to those who wanted a little more structure rather than a full custom design. Dan felt this combination meant he could offer the best of both worlds!  

Dan and his team offer a building service second-to-none, that guides you through all the decision making and choices that can seem daunting when you build or renovate.  Their aim has been to make what can be an unknown process, a communicative, transparent journey which has resulted in happy clients returning to do it all over again! 

Always looking for a challenge, Dan has been able to achieve outstanding results on some large, intricate renovations as well as new homes of all sizes. Regardless of the project, Dan believes the focus should always be on the clients’ needs and building for function first.

Kylie, Dan’s wife, brings the creative flair to the business and is the head designer in the office.  She keeps up to date with ideas to help and is always on hand to help you make wise decisions.
