EasyTex Panel

James Hardie has recently introduced a new product, the EasyTex Panel!
EasyTex™ is a pre-primed fibre cement panel embedded with a fine texture to deliver a modern render design aesthetic. Each panel features a v-groove, shiplap joint along the two vertical edges. EasyTex panel is easy to install, resistant to cracking and lime staining, and comes ready to paint. EasyTex panel is suitable for use as an external wall cladding in residential single and medium-density buildings, including alterations and additions, where a uniform broad wall cladding is required. It is ideal for full wrap or composite construction designs on either timber or light gauge steel framed buildings.

Speed of Installation

Fire Resistant

Adheres to bushfire attack level requirements to BAL40. Fire rating up to 60 minutes when used with HardieSmart™ wall systems.

James Hardie Scyon Walls and Floors | David Reid Homes

James Hardie Scyon TM is a unique and easy to use range of building products. They’re designed and engineered to work beautifully with timber and steel frame home construction. Because the materials are versatile, easy-to-install, cost effective and visually appealing, they are remarkably popular with a growing number of industry professionals and homeowners! For Architects and Designers, Scyon brings more freedom to building design. Being lighter-weight and fixed to frame architects and designers can be more innovative than ever with the built form. They’re not restricted by heavy-weight masonry which can demand a high degree of engineering and expense to achieve interesting articulations. Going beyond the form, architects can get even more creative with colours, shadow lines and textures. Click for Examples.
