Kylie has tackled the operation of the building company with both hands. She enjoys it and being the daughter of a builder is thankful for the basic knowledge she has of a “building site and what goes on”. Having owned a picture framing business, Kylie has gained a flair for being creative and assists in the custom design side of David Reid Homes New England.
Her colour knowledge, and interest in design and decorating has Kylie poring over the latest magazines and ideas keeping them both up to date with the latest products.
Dan and Kylie support local businesses where ever they can, and with their three children Georgie, Dustin, and Jasmine live a very active life enjoying cycling, pilates, camping, water skiing, and spending time with family and friends.

About Cobey and Kasey
Cobey has lived in Orange his whole life and served out his apprenticeship with a large local building company. He then started his own building company ‘Byrne Built’ in 2009, building residential homes in the area. Kasey, Cobey’s partner of 11 years is also a local.
Kasey grew up around the building industry and has always been involved in Cobey’s ventures! She is currently teaching in a local high school but also plays an integral role in David Reid Homes Central West.
Cobey and Kasey are both very family and community orientated and use local trades and suppliers of the region as much as possible, supporting local sporting associations and are keen fundraisers for local causes.
