In July 2021, David Reid Homes became a fully Australian owned company. The buyout of the company’s New Zealand based majority shareholders was completed, and the worldwide rights to the David Reid Homes brand and intellectual property are now held in Australia.

It is a milestone worth marking. Full Australian ownership means every decision about the brand is made here, by people who live and build here.
